Roast red pepper hummus

- 1 red pepper
- 1 tin of chickpeas, 400g
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 30-50ml vegetable/olive oil
- chili flakes, salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- Grill the pepper til the skin is black. Place the pepper in a bowl and cover with cling film.
- After 5-10 minutes, or when the pepper is cooled down enough to handle, peel it and remove the seeds.
- Rinse the chick peas in cold water.
- Place chick peas, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and oil in a mixer.
- Mix until smooth, adding a little bit of water if it seems to thick.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Depending on how spicy you like it, add chili flakes and smoked paprika.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle paprika powder on top before serving.
